The inquiry form stores the contact information and project details you submit so Jeremy can review and respond. Please don’t include sensitive personal information.

Submissions are stored in the website’s database, hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. They are not published on the website or sold.

To request removal or withdraw a release request, send Jeremy an inquiry using the same email address and describe your request.
